How long have you been in this position?

Six months.

I also serve as the SHARP Ambassador for LRC-Daegu.

What are some of your accomplishments while at LRC-Daegu:

I provide guidance and mentorship to the USAG-Daegu to improve their Command Maintenance Discipline Program and Master Driver’s training program, which increased the readiness level of their equipment and equipment operators. I have also enhanced vehicle dispatch procedures by implementing the G-Army dispatching system and providing training for the Quality Assurance Inspectors.

What is the best thing about working at LRC-Daegu:

The local national team cohesion and working relationships between U.S. and Korean personnel are second to none compared to the other organizations I have worked for in the past.
